During install, Joomla! says: JInstaller::install: The language file 'de-DE.plg_content_avreloaded.ini' could not be installed because the Administrator language package for 'de-DE' has not been installed or does not exist. |

This is actually no error but more like a warning. The plugin comes with a german translation but you don't have the german core language pack installed. You can simply ignore this message.
