I cannot upload video files

By default, the allowed file extensions in Joomla! do not include video files. You can add the necessary extensions in Joomla!'s global configuration, in the System Tab.

What media type do you use mostly?

	Flash based (flv,swf)
	Windows Media based (wmv,avi,mpg)
	QuickTime based (mov)
	Real Media based (rm, ram)
